As event planners we have many years of practical experience in catering, hospitality and event planning. Philip holds professional qualifications in Hotel and Catering Management and spent many years working for Forte Hotels in central London. We have a number of chefs who work for us and between them they have a vast wealth of experience and have the ability to offer you the food of your choice and budget. We can cater for a few, at an intimate dinner party, to a few hundred, from a gourmet meal, to large buffets. We are able to cater for specialist diets, vegetarians, children's parties. We can also provide cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or any special occasion. Whatever the function we can help. Canapés, Tapas, Finger Buffets Ideal for a party with limited room, corporate events, product launches, or even for guest on arrival to a wedding reception. All our menus are individually tailored to the client and event. Buffets All our buffets are tailor made to suit your guest and your budget. From something fairly simple to the elaborate, whatever you wish. We can cater for any event, be it a wedding or blessing reception, birthday or anniversary parties, business and corporate events, and we are able to cater for a few to a few hundred. We can tailor a buffet and indeed the whole event to a particular theme, be it a country, pastime or even a colour. Outdoor Cooking With so much favourable weather, we can offer a variety of outdoor cooking experiences. We do the cooking and you get to enjoy your own party. Enjoy traditional Spanish Paella, either meat, mixed or vegetarian, served with salads and other dishes. Or enjoy a barbecue of various meats, fish and shellfish, steak and sausages can be provided if you prefer! If you prefer something a bit different how about a Hog Roast. Whilst roasting whole animals is nothing new, it has now become possible to bring this to your event. Whole pigs, lamb, mixed meat roasts, accompanied by salads, can be an ideal way of feeding a large group of people. Anything from 50 to a few hundred. Sit Down Meals If you would prefer a more formal function we are able to offer sit down meals with waiter service. Everyone likes to be pampered so let us serve you, while you sit back and enjoy the event. All menus are individual tailored to meet the exact requirements of our clients. 
Children's Parties Let us take the stress out of the day for you. We can offer catering, themed cakes, party bags and entertainers. We will tailor the event to the age of your child. Chocolate Fountains For something a bit special how about a chocolate fountain? We can provide lage or small fountains and a variety of Belgian Chocolate, either milk or plain, white or even a variety of other colours. With fresh fruit, cakes, marshmallows or biscuits on sticks to dip. Equipment Hire If you just need some extra equipment we can help with tables, chairs, table linen, glasses, crockery, cutlery and a variety of other bits and pieces to help finish off your perfect party or event. |
